While installing Cisco VPN client on Windows 10 I faced error like 'This app can’t run on this PC’ as well as 'Reason 442: Failed to enable Virtual Adapter error message'.
Here is how you fix this...
A. Download and install the Sonicwall 64-bit VPN client from HERE . **NOTE: Make sure you are using the 32/64 bit as depending on your OS.
B. Download and install the Cisco VPN client. If you still get an error that it cannot run on this operating system then just extract the .exe file using WinRar/WinZip or a similar program and run the .msi file.
C. Finally, do a quick registry edit to the registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CVirtA and modify display name value to "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter" OR "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows" depending upon OS (32bit 64bit) and reboot.
